TCO-PEG12-NHS Ester is a pegylated, water-soluble reagent for simple and efficient biotin labeling of antibodies, proteins and other primary amine-containing macromolecules. A very long (56A), hydrophilic PEG spacer arm provides a long and flexible connection that minimizes steric hindrance involved with ligation to complementary tetrazine-containing molecules.
